Diane is a global operating executive, board member, and advisor with over 25 years of experience in technology and organizational transformations.

She has held leadership roles at 3 of the world’s top media brands – HBO, The Walt Disney Company, and Discovery Communications. Diane is an accomplished C-level executive who has consistently driven significant revenue and margin growth including new lines of business, product innovation, and world-class customer experiences through multiple platforms.

Diane’s breadth and depth of experience ranges from mature to emerging categories – essential in understanding cultures and how to effect change across businesses.

In addition to her governance and advisory roles, she is a mentor for an accelerator program as well as on an individual basis to female founders and tech leaders.
